#1 Pilot: Aired Monday, November 2, 1998

Becker is concerned about an HIV-positive child. He braves calling his old friend (his ex-wife's first ex-husband) to get the kid into a special treatment program, and pays for the treatment himself. Becker doesn't appreciate Reggie now that she's inherited his favorite coffee shop from her father.

#2 Take These Pills and Shove 'Em: Aired Monday, November 9, 1998

Jake takes a sculpting class so he can meet women. Becker's patient Mrs. Cooper comes into his office every day thinking she has whatever ailment was featured on TV the night before. Becker has trouble convincing his patient, Mr. Marino, to take his diabetes (and recently small heart attack) seriously because Mr. Marino doesn't appreciate Becker's attitude and thinks he's trying to run a scam. Becker ends up having to make a house call and talk to Mrs. Marino in order to get his point across. He also has to learn how to curb his temper.

Linda has a crush on the office's new toxic waste disposal guy... until she finds out he's married. An elderly patient asks for an HIV test, but really he's just scared of sex in the nineties. Becker's cousin forces him to come to dinner where Becker reveals his cousin's affair. When his cousin moves in with him after being kicked out by his wife, Becker must reconcile the two before his cousin drives him and all his friends crazy.

#20 Drive, They Said: Aired Monday, May 3, 1999

Doug Heffernan, Ray Barone and Hilton Lucas (Kevin James, Ray Romano, Bill Cosby) visit Becker's medical office. Becker shuttles Reggie, Margaret, Jake and Linda to various engagements, but manages to strand them all in a hospital waiting room after he hits another car.

#21 Lucky Day: Aired Monday, May 10, 1999

Becker is convinced he will experience payback when he enjoys a day filled with luck. Margaret is upset with her husband for choosing the Knicks over her.

#22 Regarding Reggie: Aired Monday, May 17, 1999

Becker has to go to a formal dinner, and everyone suggests he take Reggie as his date.
